Push your limits with our 10 day course!   Designed for all ages and levels this course allows more time to develop your skills.  Balance the strenous activity of surfing with relaxing Yin yoga after sunset or activate your body pre surf with a sunrise Vinyasa session.  We offer something for everyone.

A short drive from our home in Santa Teresa Nosara is an easy trip that we love to do!   Catching great waves this small beach town is refreshing and fun!

This half day tour will start at the south end of town in Mal Pais on the edge of the Cobo Blanco national park.  We bring a cooler of fruits and beverages for everyone to share.  An hour paddle off shore we tie up to buoys were we can rest hang out and try some yoga on the boards.  Stand up paddle boards are great exercise and allow you to get a beautiful view of the jungle from the pacific ocean.
