How to get around in Santa Teresa

The area of Santa Teresa is a 15km stretch of road along the beach from Manzanillo to the north and Mal País to the South. If you plan to just stay in the center of Santa Teresa, you can get around on foot, there’s super markets, boutique, and beautiful beaches.

Although you can see beautiful places without transportation, I highly recommend renting a car or ATV. That way you can visit the nearby waterfalls in montezuma, tambor or cobano. Atvs are a super fun and exciting way to see the town!

There’s many companies in town and you can ask us at the hotel to arrange the rental. If your an experienced driver you can also rent a moped or motorcycle.
